At Aslan Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your jewelry, we offer a clear and straightforward returns and refunds process. Please read our policy below for more details. All returns subject to 15% restocking fee.
1. Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns on most items within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and in its original undamaged condition, unaltered or sized
- In its original packaging (if applicable).
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase or receipt.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom-designed jewelry, Dani Aslan Handcrafted Jewelry or personalized pieces.
- Sale or clearance items.

3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at store@aslanjewelers.com within 14 days of purchase. Aslan Jewelers will provide a shipping label for returns of online orders only, in-store purchases cannot be returned online.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return policy, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return or exchange. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to help us process the issue more efficiently.

6. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are paid by Aslan Jewelers for online purchases only, in-store purchases cannot be returned online.
