All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom orders or pieces requiring special handling may take longer; we’ll keep you updated on the expected delivery time for custom items.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.

International Shipping
We currently ship within the continental United States.  We do not ship international at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
